I has surely rained a lot in New York the past few days and on saturday I happened to be at a gathering outdoor it was absolutely pouring rain and we were under a plastic bash that filled up very fast with a big quantity of water then someone would push up with a wooden stick and let the water pour out. I said to myself wouaa all that water could be saved somehow.
Well I then went home and google news "rain water harvesting " and to my happy surprise saw that from Bangladesh to England and the US ... it is on the agenda here are some of the articles. I also saw that in some states here it was forbidden to collect rain!
